Study On Huizhuotanzu Syndrome Patients' Distribution And The Level Of Blood Homocystein Of Coronary Heart Disease

Objective:To discusses the characteristic syndrome of Xinjiang coronary disease huizhuotanzu syndrome,through the clinical epidemiology and statistical analysis's method;and to explore the relations of huizhuotanzu syndrome and risk factors,particularly with blood homocystein(Hcy).Thus offering the objective basis for the coronary disease huizhuotanzu.Methods:(1)500 cases of patients with Coronary Heart Disease were divided into huizhuotanzu syndrome group196 cases,non- huizhuotanzu group 304 cases,healthy control group 100 cases;and to observe the relation with Hcy;(2) the cluster analysis and the Logistic regression analysis methods were used to study huizhuotanzu syndrome and clinical symptoms,coronary disease risk factors relevance.Results:(1)The huizhuotanzu syndrome cluster results:①pulse categories:small veins,veins Waterloo.②Tongue categories:light or dark tongue,Moss thick cloud of greasy;③main categories:chest tightness,fatigue,mouth smell gas abusive.④secondary factor Syndrome:a type of dizziness head Mongolia,Wan bulging not hungry,and nausea to vomiting,a category for chest pain,palpitation.(2)sex,smoking, triglyceride,diabetes for huizhuotanzu syndrome related risk factors(P＜0.05);(3)the levels of blood Hcy in huizhuotanzu syndrome group,non- huizhuotanzu syndrome group were significantly higher than the control group(P＜0.01);huizhuotanzu syndrome group were higher than non-huizhuotanzu syndrome group(P＜0.05).(4)the levels of blood Hcy in huizhuotanzu syndrome group:men were higher than than women(P＜0.05),smokers were significantly higher than those of non-smokers(P＜0.01),and patients having meat addiction were hobbies meat group were significantly higher than those having no meat addiction(P＜0.01).Conclusion: huizhuotanzu syndrome is the main syndrome type of chest stuffiness in xinjiang,the Main symptoms are chest tightness,fatigue,chest pain,mouth smell gas abusive,Tongue categories Moss thick cloud of greasy and so on,its pathogenesis by the principal edition,the phlegm,the blood stasis;it already may be the independent card,may also moreover in other cards;(2) sex,smoking,triglyceride,diabetes for Xinjiang coronary disease huizhuotanzu syndrome related risk factors;(3) the levels of blood Hcy in huizhuotanzu syndrome group were higher than non- huizhuotanzu syndrome group,blood Hcy level with its close related,have provided certain objective basis for the huizhuotanzu syndrome of coronary disease.
