Research To DangGuiNianTongTang On Adjuvant-induced Arthritis In Rats About Anti-inflammatory And Analgesic Effects And Related Theory

Objective:In order to further clarify the issues on which DangGuiNianTongTang of rheumatoid arthritis-the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects,AA rat model used by DangGuiNianTongTang extracting pain after treatment by detecting C-reactive protein,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,joint pain index,weight,and other indicators of changes in the early to explore the effective progress of the disease control prescription,and DangGuiNianTongTang further understand the pain of rheumatoid arthritis-related indicators and symptoms of improvements. (2)The injury of DangGuiNianTongTang on the gastrointestinal tract is smaller:DangGuiNianTongTang rats weight than the other rats modeling weight significantly increased,which shows the good side of reconciling the role of the spleen and stomach,Spleen and stomach is the source of the Qi and the blood in Chinese Medicine.there are practical significance. (3) DangGuiNianTongTang inhibited the synovial damage weaker strength,but DangGuiNianTongTang combined with aspirin,inhibit Waterloo The role of membrane damage has increased notably.
