Clinical Study About Transcervical Resection, Radiofrequency Ablation And Microwave Therapy Of Cervix Uteri On 153 Cases With Cervical Lesion

Objective To investigate the value of curative effects of the transcervical resection, radiofrequency ablation and microwave therapy of cervix uteri on cervical lesions. Methods Divides the 153 patients from Xinjiang Medical University first affiliated hospital gynecology department outpatient service(from July,2007 to February,2008) of cervical lesion stochastically into 3 groups,uses the transcervical resection,radiofrequency ablation and the microwave treatment separately, observes 3 groups of treatment results and the complication situation. Results The transcervical resection and radiofrequency ablation of the cervical lesion effectiveness are both 100%, which is higher than microwave therapy(90.2%),It has the remarkable difference through statistics examination (P<0.05).The cure rate of transcervical resection is 87.5%, radiofrequency ablation is 85.19% and microwave treatment group cure rate is 76.47%,this three kinds of method of treatment have not remarkable difference through statistics examination(P>0.05). Microwave treatment group has 5 example treatments to be invalid.Make a biospy of the 25 cases of CIN which are diagnosised before therapy while having the therapy and have a TCT test 3 months after the therapy,both of the results are normal. Conclusion Transcervical resection with from radiofrequency ablation of the cervical lesion effect not obvious difference, the effectiveness are all higher than the microwave treatment. The first two kinds of method of treatment comparison, the transcervical resection's merit for can excise the infection thoroughly, and may after the therapy the convention delivers the pathology inspection to be possible to be clear about the cervix of the uterus pathological change nature once more, both are one method of treatment, and is an inspection measure. But after radiofrequency ablation treatment the cervix of the uterus elasticity and the quality of material normal cervix of the uterus change is small, thus to will have the woman who in the future the birth requests, is small to the natural labor influence, to non-gave birth and unmarried to have the sex life woman to adapt. But the microwave treatment price is cheaper, it can be easily accepted by the low horizontal income patient, but after the technique, easy to recur, treats not thoroughly, the partial patients needs two treatments, this regarding the patient, regardless of can increase a burden from the psychology or the physiology.
