| Along with social economy development, population structure change and inhabitant life style transformation, the incidence and mortality of non-infective chronic diseases have become the most important problem in the public health, which will affect the development of the social economy.Objective To evaluate the prevention and control work of non-infective chronic diseases in DaQing city, decide the preferentially solved health problem and propose the control strategy and measures on non-infective chronic diseases, base on retrospective analysis about the incidence and mortality report material of non-infective chronic diseases these five years in DaQing city.Methods Collect the incidence and mortality monitor material of non-infective chronic diseases in DaQing city during the period 2002-2006. Select a community through the group sampling method and carry on the physical examination and the questionnaire survey among permanent residents. We adopt the chi-square test to carry on the rate analysis and the Logistic regression analysis to the multi- factor analysis using SPSS12.0 statistics software.Resultsâ‘ The incidence of non-infective chronic diseases has risen gradually while the death level of non-infective chronic diseases showed drop tendency in the community in DaQing city.â‘¡The proportion of aged people is increasing year by year.â‘¢The first ten prevalence of non-infective chronic diseases are hypertension(30.9%), diseases of digestive system(12.2%), neck and waist diseases(7.4%), cardiovascular diseases(6.9%), osteoarthrosis ( 5.7% ) , oral diseases(5%), respiratory illnesses(3.6%), urologic diseases(3.3%) and diabetes(1.2%).â‘£Age, occupation and BMI have correlation with chronic diseases. Age and BMI have significant difference between hypertension and non hypertension people. Occupation and BMI are risk factors for neck and waist diseases. Age, occupation and cigarette smoking are correlated with heart and cerebrovascular diseases. Conclusion According to these risk factors we should adopt some corresponding measures such as changing the harmful life style, popularizing hygienic scientific knowledge and spreading healthy culture ideas and so on to improve the people's health. |
