The Value In Diagnosis Function Of Kidneys Of ADPKD Patients With ⁹⁹Tc^M-DTPA Dynamic Renal Imaging

Objective;Through analyzing the results of double kidneys dynamic imaging of ADPKD patients,we realize variance between LGFR and RGFR in those patients and get some conclusions about process of kidneys' function alteration.Methods;We reviewed the results of 99Tcm-DTPA dynamic renal imaging in 106 patients.We compared the bilateral glomerular filtration rate(GFR)represented split renal function in the 4 groups;46 ADPKD patients,24 diabetic nephropathy,15hypertensive nephropathy,26 normal renal function. Use spssl 1.0 to do a linear regression analysis and draw a scatterplot on area of kidney and GFR.All patients were excluded urinary obstruction,renal lithiasis,tumor of kidney and other kidney affection. On other hand,every patient had no history of virulence operate to kidney.According to clinic classification,we get characteristics of ADPKD imaging.Results;Left renal GFR was lower than right in ADPKDpatient(p=0.0071,p＜0.01).There are no variance of bilateral GFR in diabetic nephropathy group,hypertensive nephropathy group and normal renal function group,(p =0.413,p=0.189,p=0.376,p＞0.01). According to the results of linear regression analysis(left kidney F=0.35,p=0.56,right kidney F=0.29,p=0.60)and Scatterplot,there is no linear regression relationship between volume of kidney and GFR in ADPKD.In different stages,ADPKD patients have different imaging characteristics.ADPKD patients in stage one and two have no seriously kidney function decline that can be seen in dynamic renal imaging and renogram.Conclusion;The variance in bilateral GFR of ADPKD maybe relate to the disease itself for this disease has different degree of damage to bilateral kidneys.There is difference of kidney function in different stage of clinic classification.It is negative correlativity between volume of kidney and GFR in ADPKD.
