In order to meet the need of solid phase time resolved fluorescence immunoassay (TRFIA) research,polystyrene microtiter plate of the detection system was researched by using solid-phase vector for the development of technologies.Not only sensitivity of TRFIA system was improved,but also the technology can be applied to the other immune-analysis technology, bio-chip technology, sewage treatment,fermentation technology,enzyme engineering and affinity chromatography,and therefore,it has important practical significance.Chemical modification was used in inner surface of polystyrene microplate in this dissertalion,a special layer of nylon-6 in polystyrene microplate which was tolerance strong acid,strong alkali,the organic solvent was researched,and active groups in the surface layer that were formed by alkylation were connected with adipic acid hydrazideas,then the"arm"was activated by the glutaraldehyde functionallization.Experiments results showed that the rate of protein binded to the modified polystyrene microplate was 10 times higher than that of physical adsorption,the activity was decreased less than 15% which was stored for six months in -4°C storage environment.As a result,the sensitivity and stability significantly were increased.At the same time,the functionallized polystyrene microplate which was prepared by this method can be used conveniently and quickly,similarly,it had the advantage of small pollution and low cost.The functional polystyrene microplate had broad prospects of application.
