ObjectiveTo compare the effect of Aspirin and Clopidogrel on Graft Patency following coronary artery bypass grafting by 64-MSCTA.Methods1,From Feb 2005 to Apr 2008, There were 329 post CABG patients whowere excuted by 64-MSCTA in the PLA General Hospital were chosen.2,According to which antiplatelet-drug were taken post operation, therewere three groups. 111 patients who received Asprin 100mg daily wereAsprin group. 142 patients who received Clopidogrel 75mg daily wereClopidogrel group. 76 patients who received Asprin 100mg plus Clopidogrel75mg daily were Asprin plus Clopidogrel group.3,Recorded general data. The comparing analysis of grafts patency betweenLIMA and SVG in three groups at post operation 1 month, 1 year, 1 yearto 5years, above 5years were assessed by 64-MSCTA respectively.Results1,There were no significant differences in the preoperative and operative andpostoperative general state of health of the three groups (p>0.05);2,postoperative 1 month, There were no significant differences in graft patencyin the Clopidogrel group and Asprin plus Clopidogrel group(p>0.05);3,postoperative 1 month to 1 year, There were no significant differences in graftpatency in the Clopidogrel group and Asprin plus Clopidogrel group(p>0.05);4,postoperative 1 year to 5 years, There were no significant differences in leftinternal mammary artery (LIMA) grafts patency in the three groups(p>0.05).Asprin plus Clopidogrel group's saphenous vein(SVG) grafts patency were higherthan Asprin group's and Clopidogrel group's. There were significant differences in saphenous vein grafts patency in Asprin plus Clopidogrel group and Asprin group(p<0.05). There were no significant differences in saphenous vein grafts patency in Asprin plus Clopidogrel group and Clopidogrel group(p>0.05). There were no significant differences in saphenous vein grafts patency in Asprin group and Clopidogrel group(p>0.05).Conclusion1,There were no significant differences in early graft patency (postoperative 1 month, 1 month to 1 year) in the Clopidogrel group and Asprin plus Clopidogrel group;2,Postoperative 1 year to 5 years, there were no significant differences in LIMA grafts patency in the three groups. Asprin plus Clopidogrel group's saphenous vein grafts patency were better than Asprin group's. Now the patients' condition and the target vessel of CABG patients are not as good as before, so Asprin plus Clopidogrel have good perspect to improve graft patency.
