Ultrasonography Of The Diagnosis Of The Carcinoma Of The Pancreatic Head And Comparative Analysis Of CT And Ultrasonography

Objective to explore the Ultrasonography in the Diagnosis of Tumor of Head of Pancreas and Analysis of misdiagnosis reason.ultrasonographic clinical and CT and pathological examinations were comparedand. the aim is raising tumor of Head of Pancreas of diagnosis level. Method 110 cases of pancreatic head carcinoma diagnosed by clinical examination or verified by pathology were collected in this study and Ultrasonography features and techniques were retrospectively analyzed. The ultrasonographywas used to detect the liver biliary tract,portal vein and retroperitoneal lymph nodes in the same time. Result Ultrasonography diagnosis correctness is 75%(27/36),and CT 80.6%(29/36)relatively has no obvious difference. Ultrasonography and CT the misdiagnosis is only 2 in the meantime,remaining Ultrasonography 4 CT diagnosis which leak a --misdiagnosis right,the CT leaks a misdiagnosis of 2 Ultrasonography diagnosis right,express 2 kinds of check methods have to repair with each other. The characteristic acoustic image of tumor of head of pancreas were:1 most tumors were low- echoed with irregular shape; 2 they might cause the dilating of pancreatic; 3 they might cause the dilating of bile duct; 4 If there were metastasesin liveror lymph nodes,there existed certain acoustic image.Conclusion The detectable rate of the ultrasonic diagnosis of the tumor of pancreas was as high as CT. Ultrasonography check to Tumor of Head of Pancreas diagnosis the correctness is higher,having harm,low price,simple and fast etc. advantage of have no,the CT is in the tumor of Head of Pancreas afferent invasion of the pancreas surroundings,peritoneum after the lymphoid knot transfer to check a rate to surpass a Ultrasonography obviously,this is advantageous to a tumor of Head of Pancreas to expect separately before the operation,providing a surgical operation to advertise for.
