To Analyze Of Ectopic Pregnancy: 156 Cases Report

Objective: To analyze the change of the incidence of ectopic pregnancy, and investigate the interrelated factors of ectopic pregnancy, and explore diagnosis and treatment progress and influence drug conservative treatment healing efficacy factor in 5 years to reflect the incidence of ectopic pregnancy in our hospital to provide the information for the further clinic investigation. Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed to evaluate the clinical data from 156 patients diagnosed and treated as ectopic pregnancy in this hospital from Janl, 2003 to Dec31, 2007. The ectopic pregnancy cases, labor cases, pregnancy cases and inpatient gynecologic cases and were collected to analyze the change of incidence of ectopic pregnancy, to investigate the correlation factors and their diagnosis and treatment, to analyze influence drug conservative treatment factors, every 1 year was as a time phase. Results: The ratios of number of ectopic pregnancy with number of synchronal parturition and inpatient gynecologic and total in-hospital patient have been increasing in 5 years (P<0.01) . The closer correlation factors were operation history of uterus cavity. With the progress of diagnosis skill, early diagnosis ratio was obvious increase. The ration of surgical operation treatment was descent, while drug conservative treatment was increase (P<0.01). No obvious difference were observed in the combination group and single group drug conservative therapeutic of ectopic pregnancy (P>0.05). No obvious difference were observed in the age, days of amenorrhea, vaginal bleeding and pelvis accumulate liquid, while size of mass and level ofβ-HCC were different in the drug conservative therapeutic effect of ectopic pregnancy(P<0.01). Conclusion: The incidence of ectopic pregnancy and its early diagnosis ratio were all obviously increased, no obvious difference were observed drug conservative therapeutic of ectopic pregnancy, size of mass and level ofβ-HCC were dangerous factor of influence drug conservative treatment healing efficacy.
