| Purpose To improve the reliability of monitoring by the range of suitable muscle relaxant's concentration under the condition of successful motor evoked potential monitoring. Methods Different concentration of intraoperative muscle relaxant (vecuronium) was pumped through intravenous infusion when thirty-nine inpatients undergone intraoperative motor evoked potential Monitoring. At the same time the following indicators were recorded: (1) concentration of muscle relaxant; (2) body's movement of stimulation; (3) fluctuations of blood pressure and heart rate, independent breathe and movement. Statistic analysis of multi-sample was performed by chi-square test. Results The range of the muscle relaxant's concentration was from 29 to 64 ug/(kg?h), the average: 45 ug/(kg?h). There was difference between the first group and another two groups ( P > 0.05). The concentration of vecuronium under the condition of less than 40ug/(kg?h) had singificant effection on operation. Conclusion Individualized dosing regimen of 40-64ug/(kg?h) is recommended to acquire safety of surgery and perfect intraoperative monitoring in this anesthesia regimen. |
