| Objective:To investigate the relationship among the expression of CD44v6 and MMP-9 and nm23 and lymph node metastasis, differentiated degree as well as invasion depth in gastric carcinoma tissue and normal gastric tissue.Method:Detect the expression of CD44v6 and MMP-9 and nm23 in 40 examples gastric adenocarcinoma (include10 examples high differentiated adenocarcinoma,30 examples middle and low differentiated adenocarcinoma,23 examples gastric adenocarcinoma with lymph node metastasis) and 10 normal mucosa by immunohistochemistry technique(S-P).The immunohistochemistry stain was analyzed by chi-square test.Result:The positivity rates of CD44v6 and nm23 and MMP-9 in gastric cancer were 40%,60%,55%.The positivity rates of CD44v6 and MMP-9 in gastric cancer were higher than that in the control groups. The positivity rates of nm23 in gastric cancer were lower than that in the control groups. There was no significant statistical correlation between CD44v6 expression and clinical features(eg.patients age,sex and tumor stage)The difference between the expression of CD44v6 and MMP-9 and nm23 and the depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was statistically significant difference between the expression of nm23 and MMP-9 and tumor stage(P<0.05).Conclusion:The detection of CD44v6 and MMP-9and nm23 is valuable in evaluating differential degree, the depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer. |
