| Objective: To investigate the interfertin -γ(IFN-γ) production of peripheral blood mononueler cells(PBMC) before and after radiotherapy in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients and Clinical relative factors. Method: 21 Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma patients were included in the study. 10 ml blood were taken before and 3 month after the radiotherapy, PBMCs were separated and EBV specific T cell responses were measured by using ELISPOT assay and known epitope peptides restricted to HLA alles that common in Chinese population (HLA-A2, A11, A24, B27 etc).Result: We found significant increased EBV spepcific T cell responses in patients after radiation therapy depite decreasing of absolute lymphocyte counts. This enhancement is also associated with disappearance of EBV-IgA after radiotherapy. Absolute value of lymphocyte,EBV specific pipitde from antige LMP1 has significant differences.Investget pathological types, clinical stages,short-term effects,EBV-IgA and immune cell by Logis tic regression method, different clinical stages,short-term effects patients T cell specific have different .Conclusion: The elevated EBV specific T cell responses after immunotherapy was observed in this study, which may contribute to this successful therapy overall by controlling the tumor expressing EBV antigen effectively. This could lead to design a potential diagnostic reagent to measure the effectiveness of radiotherapy, as well as the potential to develop a therapy in combination of immuno- and radiotherapy. |
