Objective:To observe the effect of AAI and BIS(monitoring the depth of anesthesia),during general anesthesia when use isoflurane in LC.To observe BIS,AEP and hemodynamics change when use inhalation anesthesia,to evaluate the value of these two different monitoring method when use inhalation anesthesia.Method:60 elect LC ASA-Ⅰpatients,randomize divided into AAI and BIS,30 cases a group, introvenous general anesthesia as rule, use isoflurane to maintain anesthesia,to adjust inhalation end concentration 1.0 MAC,1.5MAC,every concentration maintain 15 minute, record MAP,HR,AAI,BIS bases value T1,intube T2,after pneumoperitoneum T3,1.0 MAC T4,1.5 MAC T5,pull out tube T6.Result:compare T1-T6,after anesthesia induce endotreal AAI,BIS have significant descent(P<0.05),after pull out tube T6 AAI,BIS have significant increase, but it is lower than basic value(P<0.05).T3 after pneumoperitoneum BIS and AAI both increase, when increase the end of concentration of isoflurane AAI and BIS have significant descent(P<0.05),T5 descend more than T4 (P<0.05).MAP and HR descend after induce,T3 increase more(P<0.05 ),1.5 MAC T5 descend, but T4 is no statistics than TS.AAI,BIS have perfect correlation with isoflurane inhalation concentration, but MAP and HR are not good correlation. Conclution:Both BIS and AAI can reflect the depth of anesthesia better.
