[Objective]A large number of reports have shown that the human papilloma virus is the main cause of cervical cancer. According to the type of its pathogenicity, the virus was divided into high-risk and low-risk two types. Despite the high-risk HPV infection and cervical cancer are close relation, not other high-risk HPV infection can develop into cervical cancer. With the development of Molecular Biological technology, HPV infection that is research on the molecular level will be particularly important. With the HPV detection methods emerge constantly, through the presence of HPV DNA testing to determine whether the body infect the HPV, this technology was concerned Speciallyas early screening for cervical cancer . At present the HPV was separated more than 100 species of HPV multiply, of which more than 30 types have relatetionship with the infection of cervical of uterine. Although the cervical HPV infection is not disease in clinic, the sustainability of cervical HPV infection will lead to negative consequences. At present the researcher can not find a good way to control the Constant infection of cervical HPV in the world, the traditional Chinese medicine is also a blank in this aspect's research. According to patient's clinical symptomes, this research analyzes the patients who was infected the HPV and distribution of troditional Chinese medicine syndrome, discusses its morbidity the main cause of disease pathogenesis.[methed]Useing the review research technique, the 154 patients , coming the outpatient service,hospital patient or physical examination departmen , who see the doctors in the second TCM hospitol of GUANG DONG province were registrated about the case information, the reseacher gathers the case information of the HPV infection patient , fills in the clinical observation tables, then establishs database, inputs obtained data accurately, finally, uses the EXCELL and SPSS Software package to manage and process the data. Referencing the national standards , the syndromes will be inducted, through observating distribution of troditional Chinese medicine , the conclusion will be drawed.[Results]1. Cervical HPV infection has the relationship with the age,cultrue level,the number of sexual partner and occupation.2. Through observating the 1154cases of the reseach, the syndrome could be classificated dialectically 14 types: Spleen weakness wet victory> Spleen lacking in vital energy,Spleen kidney deficiency of yang,Spleen deficiency of yang,Liver after hot and damp,Liver kidney Yin deficient,The liver after has the heat,Liver-Qi depression,Kidney deficiency of yang,The kidney is Yin deficient,Kidney lacking in vital energy Hot and damp bottom pouring,Ecchymosis embodiment,Painfully hot sun embodiment.3.
