| Purpose to evaluate the responsibility of the Myasthenia gravis(MG)-PRO scale we had made, and to find out a MG-PRO scale which could reflect the life quality of MG patients and suit for evaluating the efficacy of Chinese and western medicine finally. Methods the MG-PRO scale would be filled in by MG patients accorded with the inclusion criteria before treatment,at the first week, the second week and the fourth week in treating.Researchers scored clinical manifestation of these patients according to the method of the clinical absolute score system.Made T test to MG-PRO scale and the method of the clinical absolute score system respectively:①the sore before treatment and at the first week in treating;②the sore before treatment and at the second week in treating;③the sore before treatment and at the fourth week in treating. Then explore the correlation between MG-PRO scale and the method of the clinical absolute score system. The scores of MG-PRO scale in five aspects beforeand after treatment would be made T test to check the responsibility of MG-PRO scale in detail:①physiological function and independent field;②social field;③therapeutic field;④psychological field;⑤total scale.Results(1)to make T text to MG-PRO scale:①physiological function and independent field:there were no differences between the score before treatment and at the first or the second week in treating separately; significant differences had been found out between the score before treatment and at the fourth week in treating.②social field:there were no differences between the score before treatment and at the first week in treating;significant differences had been found out between the score before treatment and at the second or fourth week in treating separately;③therapeutic field:there were no differences between the score before treatment and at the first week in treating;significant differences had been found out between the score before treatment and at the second or fourth week in treating separately;④psychological field:there were significant differences in the score of those four periods;⑤total scale:there were significant differences in the total score of those four periods.(2)to make T text to the method of the clinical absolute score system:there were no differences between the score before treatment and at the first week in treating;significant differences had been found out between the score before treatment and at the second or fourth week in treating separately.(3)correlation between MG-PRO scale and the method of the clinical absolute score system:there were significant negative correlations between those two methods.(4)there was relativity in evaluating the efficacy of Chinese medicine between MG-PRO scale and self efficacy evaluation respectively. Conclusions MG-PRO scale must be highly efficient to reflect the changes of patients, and which would be put into investigation of MG patients' quality of life and efficacy evaluation of chinese and western medicine. |
