Mutiple Factors Analysis On Survival Rate Of Digital Replantation

Objective To study the main effects of survival rate of digital replantation. So that we can finish the clinical work more better.Methods Collect 175 patients'clinical datas including 226 amputated fingers from July, 2003 to July, 2007 in our hospital.Study patients'age, sex,race, blood-type, smoking, primitive wound, amputated type, amputated level, haemoglobin level, preserved way, warm ischemia time, operators,number of artery anastomosis, number of nerve anastomosis and the way of venous return, the 15 factors 'effects on survival rate of digital replantation.Results Smoking and original hurt are the main factors, which affect survival rate.Conclusion The primitive wound is one important factor in digital replantations. Smoking is also the affected factor which we could not ignore . Patients'sex,age,race,blood-type,amputated type,amputated level and number of nerve anastomosis are not the main factors. haemoglobin level is one factor which could affect the survival rate of digital replantation, anemia is bad for the survive of replantated finger.Warm ischemia time which is less than 12 hours can't be considerd as the affected factor. Preserved way is also one of the affected factors,the way to keep the amputated fingers in cold and dry is good for the survive of digital replantation. Operator is the main factor which we can't ignore. One or two artery anastomosis have the same effect,the number of artery anastomosis is up to the condition of venous return. Blood-letting therapy,only vein anastomosis and both of them are all in effect for digital replantation, doctors should choose the right way of venous return according to the condition of amputated finger.
