| ObjectiveIn the clinical diagnosis and treatment process of hand surgery, there are increasing cases of finger amputation which are relive after replantation. The fiqure of finger amputation which are relive after replantation comes to 90 percent.Because the surgeon and the patient neglected the hand function of rehabilitation, the finger of relive was unconvenience with ADL(activities of daily living),even became a great hindrance to himself/herself.These influence the appearance and function of hand severely and made huge pression to the patien life and psychological aspect. Therefore to the cases of amputated fingers with comparably neglected the hand function of rehabilitation,it is necessary to resume the function of the fingers with some kind of rehabilitation. To observe the effect of systemic rehabilitation train fingers on the function recovery in patients after replantation of severed digit. Methods 86 fingers of 78 patients(The replantation of severed digit is reliving) involved in this study,The eighty patients dived into two groud A or B at random and according to the time when they went into the hospital. In the groud A there were 26 fingers of 23 male patients and 18 fingers of 17 female patients. The age ranged from 5 to 60 years old.Thirty pat -ients whose fingers were completely amputated(thumb4,forefinger9,middle-finger7, ring-finger8,little-finge5),and 10 patients whose fingers wer -e partly amputated(thumb1,forefinger4,middle-finger4,ring-finger1,lit -tle-finge1).The amputation location varied from the base of proximal ph -alanx to fundus of distal phalanx.Injury cause:21 knife injuries,8 press injuries,2 rotative tear injury,9 electric saw injuries.40 patients were p lanned systemic rehabilitation trainings after operation. In the groud B the re were 28 fingers of 25 male patients and 14 fingers of 13 female patie -nts.The age ranged from 4 to 62 years old.28 patients whose fingers were completely amputated(thumb2,forefinger10,middle-finger8,ring-finger6, little-finge5),and 10 patients whose fingers were partly amputated (thumb1,forefinger2,middle-finger5,ring-finger2,little-finge1).The amp -utation location varied from the base of proximal phalanx to fundus of d istal phalanx.Injury cause:20 knife injuries,6 press injuries,2 rotative t -ear injury,10 electric saw injuries. The healing of 38 patients were planed trainings after operation by themself. ResultsThe patients's judgement as TAM and Higher graded standard.40 fingers of 40 patients of systemic rehabilitation trainings group were well- useful motor(90.91%);25 fingers of 38 patients of no systemic rehabilitation trainings group were well- useful motor(59.28%),37 fingers of 40 patients of systemic rehabilitation trainings group were well- useful sensory(84.01%): 23 fingers of 38 patients of no systemic rehabilitation trainings group were well-useful sensory(54.76%),well- useful rate of two groups showed significance(P<0.05).ConclusionsThe early systemic rehabilitation trainings are very useful for the hands function and vacation ability of the patients after replantation of severed digit. |
