Research On Candida Species And Single Chinese Materia Medica Susceptibility Test In Vulvovaginal Candidiasis

To investigate the pathogenic bacterium of vulvovaginal candidiasis(VVC)and recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis(RVVC),and undertake isolated culture,strain identification,then carry out 17 Single Chinese materia medica susceptibility test.To approach etiopathogenisis in VVC and RVVC,offer available dilution dilute strength of decoction of the traditional Chinese medicine in monilial vaginitis.Methods:The yeasts isolated from patients with vulvovaginal candidiasis(VVC)and recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis(RVVC)were cultured and purified routinely, then identified the species of the isolates using kemajia coloration medium and API 20C AUX strip.Single Chinese materia medica including huanglian,huangbai,huangqin,dahuang,huzhang,danpi,wubeizi,zhimu,baibu,shechuangzi,kushen, cangerzi,zhizi,shegan,balshu,wumei,longdancao.Susceptibility testing of the isolates to Fluconazole,Terbinafine and Itraconazole was detected with checher board microdilution method based on M27—A of NCCLS.Results:①4 species yeast were identified in all the isolates from 81 strains,they were Candida albicans(69 strains,85.19%),C.glabrata(6strains,7.41%), C.tropicalis(4 strains,4.94%),C.parapsilosis(2 strains,4.94%)respectively.②There were 2 strains non-albicans spp among 35 strains of isolates in VVC group(5.71%)and 10 strains non-albicans spp among 46 strains of isolates in R V V C group(21.74%),and 33 strains albicans spp among 35 strains of isolates in V V C group(94..29%)and 3 6 strains albicans spp among 46 strains of isolates in RVVC group(7 8.2 6%).The ratio of non-albicans in RVVC group was significantly higher than that of V V C group(P＜0.05).③The MIC value of non-albicansis higher than albicans,especially C.tropicalis are higher than albicans.Conclusion:There was difference between RVVC and VVC in the distribution of isolates.The ratio of non-albicans spp was significantly higher in RVVC than that in VVC.There is no difference in MIC value between RVVC and VVC pathogenic bacteria in Candida albicans,for example apozema of huanglian,But the value of non-albicans is higher than albicans.The RVVC group has higher proportion in washing vagina frequently than VVC group,but there was no difference between RVVC and VVC in the distribution of Candida albicans and non-albicans.
