| Objective Analysis the intercondylar fractures of the femur clinical data,to discuss the effects of operations of the fracture on the knee function and summarize the experience of treatments.Methods 85(56males and 29 females) with the C-type intercondylar fractures of the femur who underwent operativing treatment from June 2001 to June 2007 in the First Affiliated Hospital of SuZhou university were included in this study.We classified all the fracture according to the AO classification and collected the clinical data including age,gender ,the type of fracture , therapeutic measures,multiple injury,knee braking time. dealing with the annex structural damage, Knee joint exercise,fracture reduction status,knee function score were investigated as predictive risk factors and were analyzed by single factor analysis.Qualitative data were processed with X2 test and quantitative data with SNK-q.parameters with P < 0.05 were analyzed with Logistic regression.Results 1)Therapeutic Measures:there was statistical difference between LISS and other(P < 0.05).2) Following-up Time: there was not statistical difference between short following-up time group and intermediate following-up time group(P > 0.05).3) Age:there was statistical difference between 18~30 years group and other group(P < 0.05).4) Gender: there was not statistical difference between male group and women group(P > 0.05).5) The Type Of Fracture :there was statistical difference between C1 group and other group(P < 0.05).6) Knee Braking Time: there was statistical difference between three weeks group and more than three weeks group(P < 0.05).7) The Type Of Injury : there was statistical difference between sigal injury group and multiple injury group(P < 0.05).8) Annex Structural : there was not statistical difference between dealing group and without dealing group(P > 0.05).9) Knee Joint Exercise: there was statistical difference between CPM group and without CPM group(P < 0.05).10) Fracture Reduction Status: there was statistical difference between satisfied group and other(P < 0.05).11)Single factor analysis manifestated that age, therapeutic measures, the type of fracture, knee braking time, the type of injury, knee joint exercise, fracture reduction were closely correlated with the prognosis of the the C-type intercondylar fractures of the femur with a significant difference ( P < 0.05).1ogistic regression also showed that the same 7 clinical parameters were independent risk factors affecting knee score and prognosis of the intercondylar fractures of the femoral.Conclusion 1 knee function was related to the therapeutic measures,age,types of fractures,joint braking time,types of injuries,knee joint exercise,fracture reduction afer operation of the intercondylar fractures of the femoral.2 Range of motion of the knee was completed within short term , short term knee function can be predicted as a function of the knee indicators.3 In the short intermediate follow-up, The clinical curative effect is satisfied. |
