Hypothese were tested with t-test, Pearson correlation analysis, Partial correlation analysis, and stepwise regression analysis.Results1. The mean of dealing with others is 12.10±2.08,task significance is 12.08±1.77,feedback from job itself is 11.14±1.65,task identity is 10.90±1.83,feedback from others is 10.89±1.90, skill variety is 10.54±2.07,autonomy is 10.20±2.062. Partial correlation coefficients were: 0.17,0.24,0.14,0.21,0.18,(P﹤0.01).4.2 Statistically significant positive relationships were identified for the self-rated mental health in relation to task identity, task significance, autonomy, feedback from job itself, feedback from others. Partial correlation coefficients were: 0.21,0.25,0.17,0.20,0.15, (P﹤0.01).4.3 Statistically significant positive relationships were identified for the self-rated social health in relation to skill variety, task identity, task significance, autonomy, and feedback from job itself, feedback from others. Partial correlation coefficients were: 0.17,0.22,0.31,0.15,0.27,0.25, (P﹤0.01).5 Factors affecting the self-rated health of nurses5.1 Factors affecting the self-rated physical health of nurses indicated that task significance(β=0.18),feedback from job itsel(fβ=0.14), marital status(β=-0.13),pos(tβ=0.12), R=0.31.5.2 Factors affecting the self-rated mental health of nurses indicated that task significance(β=0.20),task identity(β=0.15),R=0.29.5.3 Factors affecting the self-rated social health of nurses indicated that task significance(β=0.20),feedback from others(β=0.13),feedback from job itself(β=0.14), use the labor character(β=0.13),R=0.39.Conclusion1. The general level of the self-rated health was upper grade; the levels of self-rated physical health, psychological health of nurses were significantly lower than those of common inhabitants; the level of self-rated social health was significantly upper than that of common inhabitants.2. Statistically relationship identified for the self-rated health and the general situations of nurses were not significant, which were: change shifts condition, department, and per capita monthly income of family.3. Statistically significant positive relationships were identified for the job characteristics in relation to the self-rated physical health, the self-rated psychological health and the self-rated social health.4.
