Clinical Research On Treating Raynaud's Disease With Point Injection Combined With Moxibustion

Objective: To study the efficacy and mechanism of point injection combined with moxibustion for Raynaud's disease, observing the difference among the point injection combined with moxibustion group, normal group, in order to improve the clinical effectiveness of point injection combined with moxibustion treating Raynaud's disease.Methods: 60 cases with Raynaud's disease were randomly divided into treatment group and the control group. The treatment group chosing 4 points at Qu chi ,Shou san li ,Wai guan , He gu in upper limb and San yin jiao ,Zu san li ,Yin ling quan,Xuan zhong in lower limb ,acupuncturing alternately injected with Dan shen injection combining with mild moxibustion ,1 ml every point. The control group were treated with mild moxibustion at Qu chi ,Shou san li ,Wai guan , He gu ,Zhong zhu, Yang chi ,Ba xie in upper limb and San yin jiao ,Zu san li ,Yin ling quan,Xuan zhong, Ba feng in lower limb , once a day for 20 times (one course of treatment),judging the effect by observing the nail fold microcirculation pre and post treatment.Results: 1.The effective rate of two groups is 83.33% and 56.66% separately. Significant changes can be seen in the experimental group and the control group before and after the treatmen(tP<0.05),which showed that point injection combined with moxibustion is better than normal group.2.Compared with the vascular status integral and total integral of nail fold microcirculation, the treated group is superior to the control group(P<0.05)。Conclusion: The study suggests that the point injection combined with moxibustion has a definite therapeutic effect on Raynaud's diseas, which is better than with mild moxibustion and is simple operation, easy to popularization.
