| Promoting Community Health Services is a strategic act in the process of health delivery system reform in urban areas of our country. Since the government advocated it, the CHS are developing rapidly in the urban areas. At the present time, our country has stepped into the key time of underway development of Community Health Services, some cities has made explorations from both theoretical perspective and practical operation. At the some time, however, many problems such as management system, mechanism, personnel, financing and compensation are emerging and become seriously obstruct of further development of the CHS. Community Health Services as an important part of primary health care system had not been brought into full play.On the basis of the literature review, this study adopts the ways of thorough interviews and questionnaire investigation to collect the realities of CHS in Nanjing, then from two dimensions of demand-side and supply-side, the study makes an In-depth analysis in the community health of Nanjing. Based on the results of the questionnaire descriptive statistics and interviews, the study focused on the predicaments of the current CHS in Nanjing. the study found that irrational allocation of health care resources, lack of government support, lack of continuity of policy measures and the lack of personnel in General Practice is the main impact of the current community health service in the obstacle to sustainable development.Finally, based on the empirical investigation of Nanjing and the mature experience in the development of Western community health service, from the values to promote health level ,the study Raised three points of reform orientation in China's CHS: first, Optimized allocation of health resources, Realized of the enjoyment of basic health services for every resident ;secondly, strengthen the community health "Six in One" services, establish a new health protection , thirdly, Adhere to government-led balance of market mechanisms, multi-channel development of community health services. |
