| Objections Observing the dynamic changes of plasma Lysophosphatidic acid(LPA) content in patients with Acute Cerebral Thrombosis(CT);discussing plasma LPA reflecting the blood platelet activated state in CT occurrence and condition successional variation process;providing objective basis for individuation therapeutic schedule about the treatment of the anti-blood platelets. Methods LPA levels in plasma at the 24 hours,7 th,21 th day after onset were serially detected by colorimetry in 30 patients with acute cerebral thrombosis,and20 healthy people as normal control Attended the experiment;the neurological status were evaluated by Chinese stroke scale(CSS),and blood fat were detected in 30 patients at 24 hours after onset.;Carried on the relevant analysis separately between CSS,LDL and plasma LPA.Results Compared with the control group, the concentration of LPA in plasma was higher and different significantly(P<0.01)at 24 hours after onset, then it declined slowly, but still higher than that of controls on the 7th day(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between two groups(p>0.05)at 21 th day after onset, the concentrations of LPA in plasma were positively correlated with CSS(r=0.523,P< 0.01)At 24 hours after onset. There was not a positive relationship(r=0.282,P>0.05) between the degree of LPA and LDL in early cerebral thrombosis. Conclusions LPA levels in plasma increased in the acute stage of Cerebral Thrombosis(CT),then the Levels of Plasma Lysophosphatidic Acid dropped gradually With the stability, amendment of condition, and closed normal level at 21 th day after onset;the concentration of plasma LPA and clinical neurologic impairment score was positively correlated for the patients that was taken bad in 24h;changes of LPA in plasma reflect the blood platelet activated state, therefore plasma LPA can be used in observing the coagulation and thrombosis formation of patients with acute cerebral thrombosis as one of the molecular markers. |
