| Purpose:1.To study the incidence and degree of cancer related fatigue in lung cancer patient.2.To analyse potential interrelationships among influential factors, related symptom of cancer and cancer related fatigue,and bring forward some practical resolving measures.3.To analyse the correlation between cancer related fatigue and quality of life(QOL)in lung cancer patients.Methods:1.investigator fill out the supplemental scale.2.72 lung cancer patients were surveyed with cancer fatigue scale (CFS)fatigue numerical rating and the Chinese version of Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Lung(FACT-L)questionnaire.The patients who accepted radiotherapy was survyed with fatigue numerical rating at the 15thday of radiotherapy.we transacted the data with statistical software SPSS 13.0.Result:1.58 of 72 cases(80.6%)had different degree of fatigue.Moderate and severe degree of fatigue were 81.3%,average score was 4.65±2.87.2.Pain and sleep disorder occurred the most frequently as fatigue associated symptoms;Depression was the most frequent mood disorder, and related with cancer related fatigue.There was negative association between emotional fatigue and appetite.3.Hemoglobin,albumin,creatinIne,the count of white blood cell were the main influential factors of fatigue;Radiotherapy affects the fatigue in lung cancer patients.4.51.4%of all lung cancer patients were dissatisfied with their QOL and health.There was negative association between fatigue and QOL (p＜0.05)Conclusion:The incidence and degree of the cancer-related fatigue is high in lung cancer patients.Cancer related fatigue affects quality of life in much degree.If any of the contributing factors(including pain,sleep disorder,distress,anemia,leucopenia,hypoalbuminemia)was treated, Cancer related fatigue would decrease,QOL would be improved. |
