The Nutrition Status And Intestines Function At The Occurrence Of The Peritonitis Of CAPD

Objective: investigate the nutrition status and intestines function at the occurrence of the peritonitis of CAPD.Methods: patients in ward were planted by peritoneal dialysis in our hospital during 2004 to 2007,according to the criterion of peritonitis, divide into peritonitis and never peritonitis groups, study their nutrition status (ALB and Hb) and intestines function (constipation or diarrhea).Results: there were significant differences in ALB between two groups, with P<0.05,the ROC curve of ALB showed that when Alb> 28.97g/L, the occurrence of peritonitis was not easy, the disorder of intestines function is a dangerous factor at the occurrence of peritonitis of CAPD.Conclusion: the peritonitis of patients of CAPD were affected by many factors, the patients of good nutrition status and no constipation or diarrhea had littler peritonitis, we suggest the patients of CAPD should hold the Alb above 28.97 g/L, and keep stool normal.
