| Plant essential oil is found in plants of different organizations such as leaves, flowers and roots of a class of important secondary material,it is formed by the smaller molecular weight compounds, at room temperature, it is more oil-like liquid, volatile, and have a strong sense of smell. Oil as a resource, not only widely used in medicine, food, chemical, but plant essential oil has biological activity, in the pesticides field ,is has been used widely.Plant essential oil was extracted from Ferula.ferulaeoidis. In this thesis, we carried on the preliminary study to the extraction process of Plant essential oil from Ferula.ferulaeoidis and measured the biological activity of Plant essential oil from Ferula.ferulaeoidis, the main results are as follows:1.The extraction process research to plant essential oil from Ferula.ferulaeoidis was implemented,adopt Three Factor Four Level orthogonal experiment design.The best extraction process condition is A2B2C3,namely 50g experimental plant leaves added 300ml water,were steam distilled about 6h.And plant essential oil from Ferula.ferulaeoidis was extracted with the petroleum ether.The solvent was concentrated under vacuum in a rotary evaporator,and we can get biggest income.In three factor the extraction solvent is the most important factor to increase the yield of plant essential oil from Ferula.ferulaeoidis,and the next is distil time,but the amount of adding the water has less influence to the yield of plant essential oil from Ferula.ferulaeoidis.2. Plant essential oil from Ferula.ferulaeoidis on stored-product pest insect,adult of Tribolium castaneum has very strong repellant activity, 72h after Repellent activity remained in Class IV, the repellent effect more obvious. With the processing time and to the extension of its basic effect of a repellent, keep in Class IV and above. Can be seen from the test results, plant essential oil from Ferula.ferulaeoidis on stored-product pest insect has very strong repellant activity, the development of plant essential oils may become the preferred direction of the activity.3. Plant essential oil from Ferula.ferulaeoidis has a strong contact activity against P. xylostella 2 larvae and T. molitor 10 larvae, but to be on adults of T. castaneum weaker.4. Plant essential oil from Ferula.ferulaeoidis has a strong fumigant activity against P. xylostella 2 larvae , T. castaneum adults was not significant to fumigant activity of plant essential oil from Ferula.ferulaeoidis.5. Plant essential oil from Ferula.ferulaeoidis has a strong influence on hatch of eggs of Heliothis armigera Hübner, stocks inhibition of T. castaneum adults and development of T. molitor pupa.6. Plant essential oil from Ferula.ferulaeoidis has some inhibition effect on all test pathogenic fungi. Especially plant essential oil from Ferula.ferulaeoidis completely inhibited growth of Fusarium head blight. |
