| Objective:TO investigate the relationship between the obesity,insulin resistance,blood lipid and type 2 diabetes mellitus with intercurrent nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.Methods:To compare the differences of the body mass index,homeostasis model assessment-insulin resistance,blood lipid between the type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease and the patients without nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.Results: The proportion of overweight,obesity in the group of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease were significantly higher than those in the group without nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. The status of insulin resistance,the level of the triglyceride in the group of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease were higher than those in the group without nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.Conclusion:The obesity,insulin resistance and hyperglyceridemia had a significant influence on the intercurrent nonalcoholic fatty liver disease of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients. |
