Separated Type 2 diabetes patients saliva protein using better electrophoresis(2-DE), obtaining a Two-dimensional gel map of whole saliva protein.finding out and identifide the differential expressions proteins by MALDI-TOF/MS. Results1.Studied object with nomal saliva,separated by 2D-MALDI-TOF/MS,under the different conditions, establishing the human saliva patterns.2. Contrast difference protein from the nomal and the patients,finding out twenty Obvious difference protein spots,identifing 7 proteins.Conclusions1. Establishing a Two-dimensional gel map of whole saliva protein,finding out 389±17 protein spots.2. Establishing a Two-dimensional gel map of Type 2 diabetes patients saliva protein,finding out 403±9 protein spots.3. Identified 7 differential expressions proteins. alpha-3-galactosyltransferase, aldo-keto reductase family 1, member C4, Neuroendocrine convertase 2 precursor in Type 2 diabetes patients is higher than in the nomal, Zinc finger protein 655, Ig heavy chain variable region, VH3 family, Beta-neoendorphin-dynorphin precursor,Tocopherol-associated protein 3 is lower. |
