Object:To observe effective and safety of Diabetes Feet degree 0 treated by using the cooperation of Buyang-Huanwu decoction and KaiShi to treat Diabetes Feet degree 0.Method:To separate the 56 patients to the treatment and control group stochastically.All the patients were given the common treatment and nursing including controlling blood glucose,blood pressure,blood fat and so on.The control group inject alprostadil(KaiShi,produced by Beijing Taide company),once everyday.At the same time,the treatment group were given Buyang-Huanwu decoction 150ml,take the medicine in the morning and evening.The course of treatment persist 4 weeks in two groups.To observe the improvement of the clinically symptom,Ankle brachial pressure index(ABI),blood flow rate in front and behind the therapy.Result:After being treated for four weeks,the syndrome of Chinese medicine effective rate in treatment group and control group are 96.4%and 92.9%respective,the treatment group is better than the control group (P<0.05);the syndrome of Western medicine effective rate in treatment group and control group are 89.3%and 85.7%respective,there were remarkable difference between the treatment group and control group in the clinically symptom(P<0.05).In the Ankle brachial pressure index comparison,the treatment group had the remarkable improvement after the therapy(P<0.05).We found that blood flow rate had the remarkable improvement in the treatment group.There were not obvious adverse reaction between the treatment group and the control group.Conclusions:Using the cooperation of Buyang-Huanwu decoction and KaiShi to treat Diabetes Feet degree 0 is sure effective.
