Shu Xuening injection is an injection of the traditional Chinese medicine which is extraction purified from ginkgo biloba, yellow clear liquid, and clinically used in the anemic heart cerebrovascular disease, coronary disease, the angina pectoris, the cerebral embolism, the blood vessel of brain convulsion ect.. Through the clinical medication investigation, 7 kinds of medicines were selected to treat cardio-cerebrovascular diseases clinically with Shu Xuening injection,namely meglumine cyclic adenylate(MCA) injection,dopamine hydrochloride injection,dobutamine hydrochloride glucose injection,naloxone hydrochloride injection,amiodarone hydrochlorideinjection,urapidil hydrochloride injection and cerebroprotein hydrolysate injection which were studied about the stability of medicamentous compatibility. And then we carried on the experiment in the simulation clinical condition. According to the stability of medicamentous vitro compatibility,there is not compatibility alteration in a group of medicines selected which are Shuxuening injection and meglumine cyclic adenylate(MCA) injectionand vivo pharmacokinetics experiment has been studied. The stability of medicamentous compatibility was further inspected which provided the referance for the clinical reasonable medication.This article mainly divides into two parts, a part is the correlated medicamentous vitro compatibility experiment with Shu Xuening injection, another part is the study of vivo pharmacokinetics of medicamentous compatibility.This experiment mainly used the microscope, the acidometer, the ultraviolet spectrophotometer to observe the outward appearance, the particle, the PH value,the ultra-violet spectrograph and the peak shape changing after correlated medicamentous compatibility with Shu Xuening injection.The result indicated that compatibility with Shu Xuening injection and meglumine cyclic adenylate(MCA)injection,amiodarone hydrochloride injection and urapidil hydrochloride injection was suitable and stable after companying 6h. Compatibility with Shu Xuening injection and other four injections was not suitable. Showing that Shu Xuening injection could been injected after injecting meglumine cyclic adenylate(MCA)injection,amiodarone hydrochloride injection and urapidil hydrochloride injection in 6h.The study of vivo pharmacokinetics of medicamentous compatibility used the opposition highly effective liquid phase chromatography to compare the pharmacokinetics parameter before and after compatibility of Shu Xuening injection and meglumine cyclic adenylate(MCA) injection and find not significant difference. The result indicated that the vivo pharmacokinetics parameter has been not changing obviously before and after compatibility of Shu Xuening injection and meglumine cyclic adenylate(MCA) injection ,and this two medicines was possible to use jointly.
