Clinical Study The Effects Of Treating Peripheral Neuropathy In Chronic Renal Failure By The Way Of Invigorating The Spleen, Tonifying Kidney, Promoting Blood Circulation And Removing Meridian Obstruction

Objective:In this research,aiming directly at critical pathogenesis of shenlaoluobi,to observe the therapeutic effects of the yishentongbi decoction resulted from the treatment method of invigotating the spleen,tonifying kidney,promoting blood circulation and removing meridian obstruction in treating peripheral neuropathy in CRF in order to provide objective evidence for the clinical practice.Methods:60 patients with peripheral neuropathy in CRF on the state of deficient inspleen and kidney and stagnant blood obstruction in the collaterals were divided into 2 groups at random. Each group contains 30 cases. Their peripheral neuropathy condition in CRF were evaluated by the physical examination and the biochemical assay. On the base the observing group took yishentongbi decoction,100ml per time,three times a day;while the control group took mecobalamin,500ug per time,three times a day. The Course of treatment is 3 months, before and after clinical study we assayed the patients' BUN Scr Ccr Hb blood Ca K Na CL MCV SCV,recorded the changes of patients' clinical symptoms, at last draw the conclusion.Results:(1) In the observing group, the effect of clinical symptoms were better than the control group(P<0.05).(2) The observing group could improve the patients clinical symptoms, decrease the clinical symptom scores.(3)Both groups could increase Mcv and Scv,the orbserving group's effect was better than the control group(P<0.05).(4)Both groups could decrease BUN Scr and increase Ccr. The observing group's effect on decreasing Scr and BUN was better than the control group(P<0.05).(5)The observing group could increase Hb. Its effect was better than the control group(P<0.05).(6) Both of groups could not make obviouse influnces on the blood Ca K Na Cl.Conclusion:(1)The total effective rate of the observing group was 80.0%, while it was 56.6% in the control group,so the clinical effect of the observing group was better than that of the control group.(2)Yishentongbi decoction can improve clinical symptoms and Mcv Scv of peripheral neuropathy.(3)Yishentongbi decoction can protect renal function and rectificate the renal anemia.(4)This therapy made little influnces on blood serum ion,so it was safe for peripheral neuropathy in the CRF.
