Studies On The Effects Of Strengthening The Spleen, Supplementing The Kidney, Benefiting Qi And Nourishing Yin Prescription Diabetes For Decreasing Blood Glucose And Its Mechanisms

Object:To observe the effect of invigorating the spleen and kidney beneifiting qi and nourishing yin on the prescription to STZ-DM diabetes for decreasing blood glucose and its mechanism.Methods:According to Chinese medicine theory and instructors with years of clinical experience,and modern medical research on Chinese medicine,we believe that the DM-disease is characterized by "spleen and kidney deficiency,syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin" to put" invigorating the spleen and kidney beneifiting qi and nourishing yin "the principle of treatment,and carefully composed Yu Tang pills, under the guidance of instructors in the experimental study.140 Wistar rats(female=male)were randomly divided into seven groups(n=20),control group given the basis of feeding,the Liberal perturbation of water.The model for high sugar high fat diet,for four weeks after abdominal given a one-time injection with STZ,copy 2 DM diabete models,modeling success and the choice of blood glucose levels close to the 95 rats were divided into five groups(n=19):model group,in the low dose group,high dose group,Tangniaole control group,chemical medicine control group to observe the Yu TangWan groups of low-dose and high-dose groups from the general situation of rats,blood glucose,glycogen detection,HbA1c,FINS,liver pathology, and other effects.Results:1.We successed in rendering 2DM rats by feeding high glucose and fat diet together with peritoneal injection of STZ,invigorating the spleen and kidney beneifiting qi and nourishing yin on the prescription can improve 2DM rats quality of life.2.the blood glucose in rats: 30-day administration,in the high-dose group could significantly lower blood glucose levels in rats,the treatment group compared with the effect of significantly.3.HbA1c impact:HbA1c would have reduced the role.4.the effect on insulin and insulin sensitivity:the group of high-dose insulin levels have improved,and effectively improve insulin sensitivity,and other effects of the treatment group compared significantly.Conclusions:1.Invigorating the spleen and kidney beneifiting qi and nourishing yin on the prescription may decreasing HbA1c levels, increased FINS levels,thereby lowering blood glucose in rats.2.the study found invigorating the spleen and kidney beneifiting qi and nourishing yin prescription on the protection of the liver may be through decreasing blood glucose,blood lipids and improve insulin sensitivity index,the STZ-DM in the liver played an early role in the protection,the mechanism should be in-depth research.
