| Objective:To study the effects of WuGongBaiDuYin on psoriasis animal model.To investigate the mechanism of WuGongBaiDuYin in treating psoriasis.Methods:WuGongBaiDuYin were studied by using the modle of mice vagina epithelium.The positive contrast was FuFangQingDaiWan.They were divided into six groups:the saline group,the normal control group,the WuGongBaiDuYin low,middle and high dose groups and the FuFangQingDaiWan group.We studied the effects of WuGongBaiDuYin on the expression levels of PCNA in the modle of mice vagina epithelium.Results:Saline group and other groups were significantly different. Saline group and the Qingdaiwan group have a very significant difference(P<0.01),saline group and each dose of medicine group is also a very significant difference(P<0.01).WuGongBaiDuYin low-,medium-dose group and Qingdaiwan group showed no significant difference.High-dose group and Qingdaiwan group were significantly different.Optical observations show that under the microscope:proliferating cells are mainly distributed in the basal layer,layer in the spinous layer.WuGongBaiDuYin high-dose group of the weakest,the strongest expression of NS Group,the Chinese expression of each group are:high-dose<medium-dose<low dose.Not enhance the normal group,PCNA-positive cells low expressionConclusion:WuGongBaiDuYin may obviously inhibiting effects on the expression levels of PCNA in the modle of mice vagina epithelium,and decreased along with the dosage affects strengthens.WuGongBaiDuYin on the mice model of psoriasis treatment is superior to compound QingDaiWan. |
