ObjectivesTo disduss and seek the change rule of serological and immunological dictator in different stages of HIV infected person;To disduss comprehensively using some kind of dictator to understand immunity condition of organism ,determinate disease by stages, the instruction treatment and so on. We study the change of HIV antibody bands,T lymphocyte subgroup, OD value in different stages of HIV infected person ;and study the correlation of HIV antibody bands, OD value A value and CD/ T lymphocyte counts.MethodsConsulting the related literature ,we collected and analysed the existing follow-up data of HIV infected person , then determined the object of study, otherwise we detected blood serum of the object. The existing follow-up data and laboratory examination result were carried on statistics analysis.ResultsAcute infection stage:This time appears the anti-env protein antibody and anti-gag antibody first, along with time, anti-po1 antibody appears, OD value follows out.Symtomless stage:band 1 occupies 60%; band 2 occouts for 31.6% ;only the p55,p31 appear missing, the missing rate respectively are 35% and 3. 33%; compared with comfirmed diagnosis, 12 examples appears missing p55, accout for 23. 08%;CD4+ and CD8+(p>0.05) have not correlation; Makeing a follow-up visit of three years ,T lymphocyte subsets and the antibody WB bands has not seen the change. band 1 and band 2 frequency in CD4+ Tcounts≥500 and 200-499/μl scope have not statistics significance.AIDS stage: band 1 accounts for 6. 9%, band 2 occupies 32. 2%;The p55 missing rate is highest , is 81.60%, p17 is 35.63%; compared with comfirmed diagnosis, 63 examples change, accouts for 75%; the time median is 2 months, the bands of p55, p17, p51, p66, p31 change mostly in a short time; p66 is different in the different transmittion.The CD4+ counts and CD4+/CD8+(p<0. 05) CD8+(p<0.05) has the positive correlation. Treating for 6 mouths, antibody band p66 , p55 , p51, pl7 appear, other have not seen the change ; but T lymphocyte subsets have the significance change; after the treatment, CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+(p<0. 05) has the positive correlation, CD4+ and CD8+ have not correlation, band 1 frequency has not statistics, significance in CD4+T counts of four scopes≥200, 100-200, 50-100, <50 . CD4+ and TLC have positive correlation (r=0. 443, p<0. 01). Clinical symptom of AIDS time mainly appears becomeing emaciated, gives off heat , the cough, the expectorate.Two group difference: band 1 frequency has statistics significance in the symptomless time and AIDS time , the symptomless time higher than AIDS time; p31 and p55 rate have statistical siganificance in two groups of difference, the symptomless time higer than AIDS time. The T lymphocyte subsets have statistical siganificance in two groups of difference, the symptomless time higher than AIDS time;the distinction analysis obtains the distinction function is y=0.712*CD4+0. 531*CD4+/CD8+.ConclusionsIn practical work, if the ELISA is positive and simultaneously HIV antibody test is indefinine, also The person has AIDS revelant dangerous behavior, the infection possibility is big.We suggested reducting revisit time, revisit gap 2-6 weeks is suitable, it may be clear about early diagnosis.In the symotomless stage, WB bands usualy are not changeable;In contrst, the missing WB bands can be seen in the AIDS stage. the correlation of CD4+T and CD8+T have changed in symptomless stage , AIDS stage and after treatment, CD4+T counts and the CD8+T counts has the different change rule in the different disease stages.The WB antibody bands, CD4+T , CD4+/CD8+ ratio and the total lymphocytes counts can syntheticly judge organism the immune condition, determine disease stages, monitor disease advancement, appraise disease prognosis and so on.
