Radix Aconiti Lateralis Praeparata is Preparata of Aconitum carmichaeli Debx.which is distributed at the Sichan,Shanxi and Yunnan province.The effect component include Aconitine(Ac),Mesaconitine(MA)and Hypaconitine(HA).The city of Mianyang is traditional growth area of Radix Aconiti Lateralis Praeparata.1,quality fingerprint of Radix Aconiiti Lateralis Preparata by HPLC methodObjective:To construct the fingerprint by HPLC and develop a high-efficient and concise method for medicinal quality evaluation of Radix Aconiiti Lateralis Preparata。Identified fourteen germplasms from Sichuan and Yunnan,some samples can be provided for improving quality of Radix Aconiiti Lateralis PreparataMethods:The quality fingerprint were constructed by HPLC under the chromatographic condition,such as:the column:kromasil C18,the mobile phase: water(include 6mmol·L-1SDS,20 mmol·L-1NaH2PO4)-methanol,gradient elution condition:0-10min,A-B(65:35);24-70min,A-B(33:67)。The flow rate:0.8 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength:240 nm。Results:The chromatogram showed that the peaks were separated well and accorded with the fingerprint of the criterion.Among 14 samples 9 shared peaks were indentified,which also are special fingerprint peaks.During the nine peaks,there are six peaks identified named six-biggest peak.There were 7 samples whose similarities compared with the criterion were above 0.90.Conclusion:The constructed fingerprint can be used at the reference for medicinal quality evaluation of Radix Aconiiti Lateralis Preparata.HPLC can be used as a high-efficient method to evaluate the quality of gennplasms for breeding of Radix Aconiiti Lateralis Preparata.The experimentation screen out No.1,2,3,4,6, 12,13samples as breeding material for GAP base finally.2,relationship between Geo-herbalism of Radix Aconiti Lateralis and Environmental FatorsObjective:using a new model for researching geo-herbalism of Radix Aconiti Lateralis which practice by the way of planting Radix Aconiti Lateralis in different area and controling growth phase.To study the direct relationship between the quality and effect components of Radix Aconiti Lateralis and ecological factors,such as rainfall,climate and soil.Methods:To compare plant height and bio-yield of Radix Aconiti Lateralis from the same area which cultivated at the three locations in Sichuan province,Jiangyou, Chengdu and Yaan.And to measure Hypaconitine(HA)of these materials using method of HPLC.explaining principle of geo-herbalism by analyzing climate and soil data during Dec 2006 to Jul 2007.Results:Contents of HA from Jiangyou,Chengdu and Yaan are 1.099 mg·g-1, 1.087 mg·g-1and 0.755 mg·g-1,respectively.Yields of root are 435.472 kg·667m2 -1, 393.714 kg·667m2 -1and 321.429 kg·667m2 -1,respectively.Conclusion:Climate,water and compositions of soil are the main ecological factors,which effected the geo-herbalism of Radix Aconiti Laterali.Environment of Jiangyou is more benefit for production of Radix Aconiti Lateralis.
