Objective: The aim of this article is to compare the protecting effects of atraumatie transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation and the tradition Chinese herb"ligustrazine"(å·èŠŽå—ª) on hearts injury during exercise in the elite male canoeists, so as to lay basis for applying atraumatie transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation in physical exercise.Methods: The elite male canoeists with similar level in training who were selected from Wuhan Institute of Physical Education were randomly divided into 3 groups: training control group, training±transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation (TAES group), training±oral herbal administration (Chinese herb group),there were 8 person in each group.â‘ Training group was taken as the control;â‘¡In Chinese herb group, before training,"ligustrazine"(å·èŠŽå—ª)was applied for oral administration, one time per day, every time 50mg;â‘¢In TAES group, before training, electrical stimulation was applied on neiguan, dazhui and mingmen, using sparse-dense wave(4Hz&20Hz)20min,the intensity is limited by subject's tolerance; Totally for 4 weeks. PRE, HCT, RBC, exercise preferment testing, BNP, IMA and Urotensin II (UII) were measured and compared in 0W, 4th W and after a large workload-rowing test. All the kits were testing by ELISA.Result: The indexes of athletes were all in the final analysis.â‘ Ratings of Perceived Exertion in TAES group and Chinese herb group were all improved significantly compared with training group(p<0.01), they feel better;â‘¡The results of the exercise preferment testing. During 4 weeks of enduring and strength training, the time of 12km in all team was obviously getting short(p<0.05), especially Chinese herb group had the fast development tendency, the results of 2km in Chinese herb group, 1km in TAES group were significant upgraded, the strength of lie push in all team was enhanced obviously(p<0.05), especially in TAES group, it developed most quickly;â‘¢HCT and RBC during the training were not changed significantly;â‘£During 4 weeks, IMA was increasing in all groups, but the most amplitude in training group was obviously largest improved(p<0.01), there was no significantly differences between TAES group and Chinese herb group, and the increasing tendency in TAES group was higher than Chinese herb group; BNP and UII in all groups seemed not significantly different, but BNP in training group had a decreasing tendency, UII in training group had largest increasing amplitude. After a large work load rowing test, IMA in training group was almost growing(p<0.05), however, there was no significantly differences in TAES group and Chinese herb group, TAES group has a increasing tendency and Chinese herb group has a declining tendency; BNP in training group is significantly higher than before (p<0.05), no differences were observed in TAES group and Chinese herb group in which there might be a protecting effect; UII seemed not significantly different in all groups, but more increasing amplitude could be observed in intervention group, it was indicated that electrical stimulation and Chinese herb could improve stress capacity.⑤An association between blood pressure and UII, when the athletes in hypertension, they would be in a low UII. The Pearson correlation value about UII OD and BP is -0.465(p<0.05) and-0.617 (p<0.01).Conclude:â‘ The concentration of IMA in the plasma illustrates the fatigue og the heart. And the drug is the most obvious pretreatment methods, which can reduce the IMA value. TAES is second;â‘¡TAES and drug pretreatment on the heart function have a certain protective effect, reducing BNP, increasing UII secretion;â‘¢An association between blood pressure and UII; It indicates that UII may induce hypertension;â‘£TAES and Chinese herb can protect myocardium and improve cardiac function in multiple links and layers. Due to its convenient, security and no invasion, transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation is more accept able for further applying in training. |
