| Objective The study focuses on the therapeutic effects of several Pariet(Rabeprazole)-based eradication therapies for H.pylori.It can probably provid some kind of evidences to guide the choice of eradication therapy in clinic.Methods 98 cases were collected between January 2006 and Januar 2008 in the Second Affiliated Hospital of the Medical College of Zhejiang University,in which the patients were diagnosed to had infected H.pylori at that time,and then chose Parit-based triple eradication therapise-BLT1,BLT3,BLT4 for their initial treatment randomly.At last, compare the effective powers of the three therapies.The three therapies are as follows:BLT1:Pariet 10mg bid+Clarithromycin 0.5g bid+Furazolidone 0.1g bid;BLT3:Pariet 10mg bid+ Furazolidone 0.1g bid +Levofloxacin 0.3g bid;BLT4: Pariet 10mg bid+ Clarithromycin 0.5g bid + Amoxicillin 1.0g bid.The courses of all the therapies are all 7days.Results In the BLT1 group,29 cases out of 37 eradicated H.pylori successfully,and the effective power is 78.38%.In the BLT3 group,26 cases out of 34 eradicated H.pylori successfully,and the effective power is 76.47%.In the BLT4 group,21 cases out of 27 eradicated H.pylori successfully,and the effective power is 77.78%.Chooseχ~2 analysis for the comparation between each two of the three thrapies,and the results are all P＞0.05.There are no significant complains of side effects in the patients who have finished follow-up visit.Conclusions It is confirmed again in this study that, the triple threrapies with low dose of Rabeprazole(10mg bid)have already reached relatively high eradication rate of about 77%.In this study,it shows that, there are no significant devations among the therapeutic effects of the chosen three triple eradication therapies- BLT1,BLT3 and BLT4,and all the therapeutic effects are high,which provides a kind of scientific evidence for the free choice of eradication therapy for H.pylori in clinic.And it suggests in our study that these three triple eradication therapies are secure. |
