| Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of Multi-enhanced spiral CT(SCT)in the preoperative TNM staging of gastric cancer and the effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy evaluation of applications.Methods:Retrospective analysis of 25 patients with pathologically proved to be the patients with gastric cancer,chemotherapy before the endoscopic ultrasonography and multi-slice spiral CT for the assessment of T3,T4 period.Given three cycles of capecitabine and oxaliplatin neoadjuvant chemotherapy,and then be reviewed SCT, compared with the postoperative pathology,from the use of SCT imaging for preoperative TNM staging of gastric cancer and the effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy assessment.Results:In this group of 25 patients with advanced gastric cancer patients,SCT image of advanced gastric cancer before the TNM staging of the overall accuracy of 76%,Ⅲ—staging overestimate one cases,it is estimated that low four cases,the accuracy rate is 73.68%;Ⅳ—staging of one case of an under-estimate,the accuracy rate was 83.33%;EUS and postoperative pathology compared with postoperative chemotherapy before and after SCT Evaluation found that 24 patients Evaluation of consistency,only one patient in the endoscopic and postoperative pathologic correlation is a result of,and response to the SCT has no effect.Conclusion:SCT scanning While it is impossible to advanced gastric cancer accurate preoperative TNM stage,but for patients with gastric cancer surgery or non-surgical treatment options have a certain significance,in gastric cancer neoadjuvant chemotherapy in the evaluation there is a certain reference value. |
