Objective:The purpose of this study was to discuss the effect methods of treament of the complications after polyacrylamide hydrogel injection for augmentation mammaplasty.Methods:42 patients who accepted polyacrylamide hydrogel injection for augmentation mammaplasty were included in this study. Operations was taken includes suctions, removing of the polyacrylamide hydrogel and the pathologic tissue and imigation of the cavity . and the operation of prosthetic for augmentation mammaplasty.Results:All patients were satisfied with the result of the operation except for two patients who were taken the operation of prosthetic for augmentation mammaplasty happened sterility inflammation.Conclusion:The best therapy for the complications of polyacrylamide hydrogel injection for augmentation mammaplasty was removing of the polyacrylamide hydrogel and the pathologic tissue and imigation of the cavity.
