Clinical Research On Congestive Heart Failure Treated With Yi Xin He Ji

Objective:To observe and evaluate the therapeutic effects of " YI XIN HE JI" in treating chronic heart and the function machanism failure (CHF) inpatients ,the application profit heart mixture to the congested heart failure's clinical curative effect, to benefits the heart mixture the therapeutic action to make the appraisal.Methods: In this study 85, inpatients of CHF with cardiac function(NYHA) of gradeⅡ～Ⅳwere chosen randomly, and divided into treatment group(n=43)and control group(n=42).The treatment group was treated with YI XIN HE JI as well as western medicine, while the control group was only treated with western medicine.Two week later,we observed the effect on the patients.Results: The heart fades total curative effect observation group total effectiveness is 90.69%, the control group is 69.04%, the observation group surpasses the control group (P<0.05); In the improvement Chinese medicine symptom and the heart function aspect, the observation group surpasses the control group obviously (P<0.01); At the same time the observation group can also improve the nerve internal secretion hormone.Conclusions: The healthy heart soup is on clinical treats CHF a security, the curative effect accurate traditional Chinese medicine preparation...
