| Alzheimer's disease (AD) is the most common neurodegenerative disorders, characterized by Aβplaques, amyloid angiopathy, and NFTs. To date, despiteintensive efforts, the mechanism(s) of AD remain unclear and thereby retard the development of therapeutic methods. Nevertheless, the past decade has witnessed rapid progress of genetic and molecular mechanism for AD, and most data is stored and managed in various database. The ongoing challenge is to integrate the exiting biomedical resources, and to discover the unknown mechanism and propose potential treatment targets. In this paper, first, we find AD related disease genes, enzymes and drug targets from all kinds of correlative databases, and respectively analyze the three parts in order to acquire their corresponding statistic information. Then we attempt to construct AD related disease genes network, genes and their transcription factors network, enzymes pathway, and integrated network between all the disease genes, genes of AD related enzymes and drug targets so as to find the key genes, potential genes, key transcription factors, key enzymes, as well as expect to find one or more pathways so we can leverage to find the cause of AD and give some constructive suggestion to the treatment of AD. |
