| Objectives:According to detecting sex hormone and peripheral T lymphocyte subsets in PCOS patients,to assess the body immunity status with them and try to search for the correlation of steroid hormone and peripheral T lymphocyte subsets.Methods:28 PCOS patients as PCOS group and 14 matched healthy women as control group participated in this study.PCOS group was divided averagely into hyperandrogenism group and normal androgen group.Flow cytometry four colored test was applied to detect the number of CD3~+,CD4~+,CD8~+ T lymphocyte and CD4~+/CD8~+ in peripheral blood. Compared peripheral T lymphocyte subsets in PCOS group with that in control group and in further compared that between the three groups which were included hyperandrogenism group,normal androgen group and control group.Analyzed the correlation of steroid hormone and peripheral T lymphocyte subsets.Results:1.PCOS had the obviously higher levels in CD4~+T lymphocyte and CD4~+/CD8~+ compared to control group and there were obvious statistical difference(P<0.05).2.There was statistical difference on the level in CD4~+ T lymphocyte between the three groups(P<0.05)except CD3~+,CD8~+T lymphocyte and CD4~+/CD8~+.And then compared the level of CD4~+T lymphocyte between the three groups by the way of Nemenyi test.Result showed that X~2 was 7.59 with Corresponding P which was between 0.025 and 0.01.There was statistical difference.On the other hand,X~2 was 2.44 compared normal androgen group and control group and 1.42 compared hyperandrogenism group and normal androgen group,and two Corresponding P were above 0.05.3.Analyzed the correlation of steroid hormone and peripheral T lymphocyte subsets.Result showed there was positive correlation of CD4~+T lymphocyte and testosterone,Spearman correlation coefficient was 0.464,negative correlation of CD4~+T lymphocyte and estradiol,spearman correlation coefficient was-0.414.Conclusions:①PCOS patients had increasing CD4~+T lymphocyte,which indicated abnormal immunity showing active cell immunity②Abnomal immunity of PCOS may have relationship with hyperandrogenism... |
