Effect Of Xiaokangling Ⅱ On Ureaplasma Urealyticum Infected Mice And Their Serum IFN-γ

Objective:To study the effect of xiaokanglingⅡ(XKLⅡ)on Ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu)infected mice and their serum IFN-γ.Methods:80 female BALB/c mice of 8-10 week old were randomly divided into control group and Uu infected group by 1:3,the mice in Uu infected group were randomly divided into XKLⅡgroup,azitromycin group and Uu saline group by 1:1:1,the changes of Uu in mice vagina and the level of IFN-γin serum were determind two weeks later.The result of Uu was examined with the method of culturing and IFN-γwith ELISA.The statistical theories analysis adopts X~2 and LSD-t.Results:95%of Uu infection turned negative in XKLⅡgroup,which is significant higher than that(60%)of azitromycin group(P＜0.05).serum IFN-γOF XKLⅡgroup was significantly different from that of azitromycin group and saline group(P＜0.01),there is no significant difference of IFN-γbetween XKLⅡgroup and control group(P＞0.05).The IFN-γof azitromycin group was significant different from saline group ang control group(P＜0.01).The study indicated that both the two therapeutics have curative effect,but the XKLⅡis better than Azithromycin.Conclusion:XKLⅡmight reduce the serum IFN-γto remove Uu and treat the infection.
