The Study On The Effect Of The Hytnogenesis Of Big Mice And The Content Of 5-HT And 5-HIAA In Insomina Big Mice's Blood Caused By The Treatment Of "Sishencong" Acupuncture

Objective:(1)To observe the influence of the sleeping time of rats eoursed by sodium pentobarbltal and sleep rate eoursed by sodium pentobarbltal at the critical dose,explicit the effection of insomnia by Sisbencong acupuncture.(2)To observe the content of 5-HT,5-HIAA in the insomnia rats' blood caused by Sishencong acupuncture,thus to reveal the central mechanism of the treatment for insomnia by acupuncture.Method:Experiment 1:Thirty rats are respectively and randomly divided into three groups:blank control group(n=10);hand acupuncture group (n=10);electro-acupuncture group(n=10).Observe the influence of the sleeping time of rats eoursed by sodium pentobarbltal and sleep rate eoursed by sodium pentobarbltal at the critical dose respectively.Experiment 2:Wistar rats to test targets,select the 50 rats were divided into five groups:the control group(blank)(10);model of the control group (model)(10);Stability(10),the acupuncture group(10);electro-acupuncture group(10),the use of chlorine intraperitoneal injection of amphetamine acid (PCPA)animal model of insomnia,on the 7th through acupuncture and drug group Gavage and stability,take blood in the eyeball,through the method of fluorescence in the blood 5-HT and 5-HIAA content.Results:one:1,The acupuncture group and the electro-acupuncture group of pentobarbital sodium-induced sleep time to extend the threshold dose,compared with the control group there were significant differences(P＜0.01).2,Electro-acupuncture group and the acupuncture group,the sodium pentobarbital-induced sleep time to extend the threshold dose is more obvious that the two groups was significant difference(P＜0.01).3,The acupuncture group and the electro-acupuncture group can increase sodium pentobarbital sleep in rats threshold dose rate,compared with the control group,there was significant difference(P＜0.01).4,Electro-acupuncture group and the acupuncture group,the electro-acupuncture group a higher rate of sleep;there were significant differences(P＜0.01). Two:1,Model and a blank group,the blood of 5-HT,5-HIAA were significantly lower than the control group,there are two significant differences(p＜0.01).2,The acupuncture group and the electro-acupuncture group of blood 5-HT,5-HIAA were significantly higher compared with the model,there are significant differences(p＜0.01).3,Electro-acupuncture group compared with the acupuncture group,the blood of 5-HT,5-HIAA levels increased more significantly,there are two significant differences(p＜0.01).4,Group and the model of stability compared blood 5-HT,5-HIAA in no significant changes in the two no significant difference(p＞0.05).Conclusion 1,Sishencong acupuncture has sedative and hypnotic effects. 2,Sishencong acupuncture can be coordinated pentobarbital sodium extended sleep time.3,Sishencong acupuncture increase the threshold dose of pentobarbital sodium-induced sleep rate.4,Sishencong can sleep in the rats blood 5-HT,5-HIAA was increased.
