Application Of Dynamic Planning To Purchase And Renewal Of Medical Equipment

The management of medical equipment has an important role in the guarantee of the normal medical work, the medical technology advantages as well as the good economic benefits. The purchase and renewal of medical equipment is an important part of the management of medical equipment, which can promote its technology progress. In this paper, the macro management and micro control of the large medical equipment management at home and abroad are first introduced from the perspective of the hospital. Then the problems exited in the purchase of large medical equipment are analyzed considering the China's actual conditions. Finally, the issue of how to purchase and renew large medical equipment scientifically is discussed.The systematical analysis indicates that the internal and external conditions of a hospital should be considered comprehensively to purchase and renew large-scale medical equipment. And economic feasibility analysis for the medical equipment should be performed before we can make a judgment quantitatively.Considering the current backward situation of the China's renewal methods for medical equipment, dynamic programming method is proposed to determine the optimal renewal time of medical equipment on the study of the renewal theory of medical equipment. This method makes the decision more accurate and scientific and it's proved to be feasible through practical analysis.The study on the algorithm for the medical equipment renewal based on economic life has an important role on the hospital modernized management. And it's an problem to be solved urgently in the medical equipment management under the market economy. Therefore, this study has some theoretical significance and practical value.
