| Objective:To investigate the status of serum ANGPTL3,TNF-α,FFA and the relationship among ANGPTL3,TNF-α,FFA and HOMA-IR in the patients of T2DM Methods:67 patients of T2DM(male 30,female 37,mean 48.36±6.58 years old)were collected randomly as subjects and 16 people(male7,female 9,mean 48.25±6.32years old)as healthy control.Serum ANGPTL3,TNF-αwere detected by ELISA.FFA and HOMA-IR FPG,FPG,FINS,HbAlc,TC,TG,weight,waist circumference,badminton circumference and Blood pressure were measured.BMI and WHR were calculated.Results:The status of serum ANGPTL3,TNF-αand FFA of obese T2DM patients was higher than the healthy and the non-obese T2DM patients(P<0.01).While the status of serum ANGPTL3,TNF-αwas higher in the non-obese T2DM patients than the healthy.There were positive relation between ANGPTL3 and TNF-α,TNF-αand FFA,ANGPTL3 and FFA in obese T2DM group,just as the relationship between ANGPTL3 and TNF-α,ANGPTL3 and FFA in the non-obese T2DM group.Conclusion:1,ANGPTL3,TNF-α,FFA are increased significantly in T2DM patients.2.ANGPTL3,TNF-α,FFA are correlated significantly with insulin resistance.3.ANGPTL3 is correlated significantly with TNF-αand FFA.4.ANGPTL3 is important in lipids metabolism and is associated with insulin resistance.5.There are complicated adjustment among ANGPTL3,TNF-αand FFA which are correlated significantly with insulin resistance and the development of T2DM.6.ANGPTL3 will probably become a new target in prevention and treatment of DM. |
