Objective:To selecte 50 patients who had Osteonecrosis of the Femoral Head and used the Chinese medicine treatment in Wangjing hospital of CACMS,matched control with 50 patients healed in China-Japanese Friendship Hospital bone necrosis and joint reconstruction reservations centre.To observe the therapeutical effect of Chinese medicine and western medicine treatment.Differential the dominance of diagnosis and treatment in Chinese medicine treatment.Method:According to the Integrates standard and elimination standard, choosed 50 patients who had Osteonecrosis of the Femoral Head and used the Chinese medicine treatment in Wangjing hospital of CACMS,matched control with 50 patients healed in China-Japanese Friendship Hospital bone necrosis and joint reconstruction reservations centre,the Chinese medicine treatment group selects the blood vessel involvement combine with traditional Chinese medicine Decoction; The western medicine compare group use the present routine treatment infection to eliminate the suppression to plant the bone technique and clear the focus of infection and Implant the bone combine with the oral administration western medicine treatment;Fills in the CRF table,collects various stages image material,use Harris hip score and image data for the evaluation indicators to judge,establishes the database,statistical analysis the curative effect of Chinese medicine and western medicine treatment used in necrosis of the femoral head.
