| Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Yishenjieduhuoxue Decoction assisted western medicine on treatment of lupus nephritis,try to find out an effective intervention method for the therapy of lupus nephritis with traditonal chinese medicine.Methods:58 patients with lupus nephritis were selected and randomly divided into two groups:the united Chinese and western medicine treatment group(A) and western medicine control group(B),30 patients for group A.28 patients for group B,Both groups were in line with the diagnosis of lupus nephritis,as well as diagnostic criteria standard of Reduchichengzheng.Group B were given criterion prednisone orally taking and cyclophosphamide therapy in injection.Group A were given Yishenjieduhuoxue Decoction on the base of group B.We observed on their symptoms and signs pre-treatment and post-treatment.Blood-routine,urine-routine,ALB,ESR,24-h urinary protein excretion,ANA,anti-ds-DNA,C3,C4 were measured to evaluate the effect of the united Chinese and western medicine therapy.Result:Result of the study could be summarized as:1.Group A total effective rate were 83.3%;while group B was 67.9%;the total therapeutic effect of group A was better than that of group B(P＜0.05).2.Group A could improve the patients clinical symptoms and signs,Reduce symptom accumulate points and SLEDAI activity accumulate points,the effects was better than group B(P＜0.05或0.01).3.Compared with group B,group A has differential effect in increasing C3 and Hb (P＜0.05).4.Compared with group B,group A has differential effect in decreasing urinary protein excretion(P＜0.05).5.Group A have better effect than group B in preventing the side effect of hormone and cells poison.(P＜0.01或＜0.05).Conclusion:Group A were better than group B in improving symptoms and signs of the patients,it also can improve 24-h urinary protein excretion,C3,hemoglobin,and reduce Toxicities of Western medicine.Yishenjieduhuoxue Decoction is an effective prescription for treatment of lupus nephritis. |
