| Objective: To analyze the anatomy of subdural cavity and response afterlocal anesthetic drugs injection into subdural cavity, to help narcosis doctors master the existing of subdural cavity and the clinical manifestations of block anesthesia of it., and to know the way of treatment.Methods: Bovine spines were dissected in vitro, to prove the existing ofsubdural cavity which is between the spinal dural and arachnoid . Living dog spines were dissected. Then detected the fluid in subdural cavity and observed the internal and outer dura. The animal model of subdural cavity anesthesia was built. After injection of 3ml of 1.5% lidocaine into subdural cavity, vital signs, clinical manifestations and symptoms were observed 5min(T1), 10min(T2), 20min(T3), 40min(T4) and 60min(T5) later, respectively. Pathological sections of the internal, outer and full layer of dura were made, to prove the anatomy of subdural cavity.Results: Isolation and exposure of subdural cavity in bovine spines in vitro,proved the existing of it. Isolation and injection of subdural cavity in living dog spines, proved the existing of it. And we also detected the status of subdural cavity anesthesia. Pathological sections proved the existing of subdural cavity.Conclusions: subdural cavity is existing and is of great clinical significance. |
