To investigating and discussing the effect of compound prescription Fanghuang to the immunosuppressive mice immune fuction caused by cyclophosphamide(CY),and further studying the immunity strenthen effect of Fanghuang and its chemical composition.Five methods(adopt ultraviolet absorption spectrum,the reagent box detecting,model,weighing,circular filter paper analyses tier and test tube method),Kunming mice and compound prescription Fanghuang were used in the test to carry on the following tests:the influence of the medication days and the medication dose to the mice;the establishment of mouse immunosuppressive model; influence of Fanghuang to the immunosuppressive mice body weight;influence of Fanghuang to the immunosuppressive small mice liver and spleen index,liver and spleen content;influence of Fanghuang to the immunosuppressive mice MDA and NO; influence of Fanghuag to the activation of the immunosuppressive mice SOD in the liver-spleen;influence of Fanghuang to the tissue appearance of immunosuppressive mice liver and spleen;Qualitative reaction of Fanghuang chemical composition.The influence of the medication days and the medication dose to the mice:the results of seven-day test showed that the spleen index and spleen DNA content of regular control mice were lower than the low-dose group,the diffrernce were significantly(P<0.05).The results of fourteen-day test showed that the spleen index of two drug groups mice were higher than the control group(P<0.05);the liver index of the regular control group was lower than the high-dose group,the difference were significantly(P<0.05);the liver and spleen DNA content of control group mice was lower than low-dose group,the difference were significantly(P<0.05).The results of the two tests indicated that low-dose Fanghuang had better effect when it was used for 14 days,and the drug Fanghuang has the bidirectional control action.The results of mice immunosuppressive model establishmentshowed that it could Successfully established mice immunosuppressive model by continuously injecting the 80mg/kg fresh precipitated cyclophosphamide-physiological saline injection to the mice by abdominal cavity.The result which the influence of Fanghuang to the immunosuppressive small mice body weight showed the body weight of control mice were higher than the mode and the diference were very significantly,and higher than astragali(gave the astragali to the modelmice) and cure group(gave the compound prescription Fanghuang to the moel mice)on 11th day,13th day,15th day.The results indicated that Fanghuang had some role in the restoration on body weight drop of mice caused by CY.The result which influence of Fanghuang to the immunosuppressive small mice liver and spleen index:liver and spleen content,the spleen index and liver-spleen DNA content of model group were lower than the control and cure group,the diffience were signifcantly(P<0.05);the liver index of model group was higher than the cure group and the diference were signifcantly(P<0.05).The liver content of model group was lower than the drug group(gave the compound prescription Fanghuang to the regular mice),the diference were signifcantly(P<0.01);The liver content of other groups mice,and the difeience were signifantly(P<0.05).The results showed that Fanghuang played a role in the treatment on the spleen index and the liver-spleen DNA content reduced,and the liver index elevated caused by CY.The result which influence of Fanghuang to the immunosuppressive mice MDA and NO:the liver-spleen MDA content of model group mice was higher than the other groups, and the diference were significantly(P<0.05).The liver NO content of the model mice was higher than the other groups,the diference were significantly(P<0.05); The spleen NO content of the model mice was higher than the control and the drug group,the diference were significantly(P<0.05).The results showed that Fanghuang could antagonize the liver and spleen MDA and NO content increased caused by CY.The result which influence of Fanghuag to the activation of the immunosuppressive mice SOD in the liver-spleen showed that the activation of the immunosuppressive mice SOD was lower than the drug group and the difierence were significantly(P<0.01),the other groups activation of the immunosuppressive mice SOD in the liver-spleen of other mice and the difierence were significantly(P<0.05). The results indicated that Fanghuang could enhance the activation of the normal and immunosuppressive mice SOD in the liver-spleen.The result which influence of Fanghuang to the tissue appearance of immunosuppressive mice liver-spleen showed that Fanghuang could relieve the tissue damage of mice caused by CY.The result which qualitative reaction of Fanghuang chemical composition showed that there were aspartate,saponin and tannic acid in the compound prescription Fanghuang water intusion maybe its water infusion.Above showed that the effective of the low-dose Fanghuang apozem was used fourteen-day was better,it could increase the mice liver-spleen DNA content, inhance mice liver-spleen the activation of SOD,and reduced the mice liver-spleen MDA and NO content,it could antagonise imunosuppression caused by CY to the mice, and there were aspartate,saponin and tannic acid in the compound prescription Fanghuang water intusion maybe its water infusion.
